Small associations face unique challenges, and due to their size and structure they cannot always incorporate the same solutions as their larger counterparts. The sessions at this event have been specifically tailored with the small association in mind. How to Operate Your Small Association Effectively and Strategically

Navigating HR Challenges Within a Small Association

A lack of effectiveness in managing HR issues can result in unnecessary cost and reputational issues. - The importance of “fit” in your workplace culture, and considerations when dealing with workplace issues in a small staff
