The event will give participants the opportunity to engage in discussions to identify and support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  During this event, each participant will have the opportunity to sign up to participate in two different tables discussing topics of their interest.

Indigenous populations. Why is it good business sense to hire aboriginal workers?
Facilitated by Marion Crowe, Chief Executive Officer, First Nations Health Managers Association.
Visible and non-visible disabilities. Most people are familiar with a “visible” disability; but what about someone with a disability that’s not visible?
Facilitated by Simon Coakeley, Chief Executive Officer, National Association of Federal Retirees.
Gender diversity. Why should organizations strive to increase its boardroom diversity?

Generational diversity. Why do we need people from a wide range of different ages represented in the workplace?
