Starting August 4, we're integrating a new billing platform that will give you a smoother experience going forward: one unified store for memberships, events, and publications, easier access to your order history, and improved invoicing. Members shouldn't notice much change day to day, and we should be up and running by August 11.
From August 4 to 10, the following will be temporarily unavailable:
- Single Sign On access (Associations Connect)
- Online event registration
- Member portal access
- Updates to your personal information
- Purchases of membership products and services
Everything else, including our website content and email or phone support, will work as usual.
