Demographic changes, the cost of office space, the increasing cost of fuel and commuting, members choices in how they learn and interact and administrative scrutiny are causing Associations to evaluate their approach to Virtual Work! This session will use the CSAE competency framework to look at all areas of Association excellence with regard to virtual improvements and efficiencies. How do you optimize your Governance framework and set Strategic Direction using virtual strategies? Can you deliver educational and advocacy value to members virtually or is face to face still an imperative? Managing people and operations gain efficiencies through virtual strategies but what are the drawbacks? These questions and more will be answered in this informative, interactive session delivered by Association Executives with real world experience. You will leave with tips, tricks and templates that will give you the support you need for whatever virtual looks like in your world.
