Associations are experiencing a sea change. Technology, cultural diversity, generational differences, and more have forced associations to re-think what they do and how they do it. This session will present highlights from interviews with approximately 30 association executives to shed light on how Canadian associations are managing the turbulence and to share insights on promising initiatives that contribute to effective 'future-proofing'.
Louise Pauzé is a consultant in organizational transformation. Her areas of specialization include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and branding. She helps leadership teams reach a shared understanding of their context, define organizational goals, align behind action plans and foster employee engagement. Through participative processes, seated in an understanding of human system dynamics, she helps access a team’s untapped capabilities. Individuals become more engaged.
